Further the inspection system is controlled with the help of precision drawings as well as equipments like go/no-go Plug Guages, Digital Vernier Caliper, Digital Micrometer, Digital Hight Guage, and Profile Projector for assuring correct dimension accuracy. Some of our quality monitoring processes include:
- We are going to install MITUTOYO CMM Machine very shortly.
- For products where natural variation in finish & dimensions are expected, we work with tolerance and minimum/ maximum parameters & samples
- For in process testing, we have own air compressors, thickness gauges & other general testing equipment
- Our quality control inspectors test and inspect brass and copper based components as per the defined specifications of our valued customers.
